What trades do you estimate?

Commercial general construction and most specialty trades, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, concrete, roofing and finishes. Tell us your trade on the call.

What software do you use?

Bluebeam and PlanSwift for takeoffs, and Excel or your own system for pricing. We can work inside Procore when the project lives there.

How fast is turnaround?

It depends on project size and your bid date. We confirm the deadline before we start and don't take work we can't deliver on time.

Do you use our pricing or yours?

Yours. Your labor rates, supplier quotes and markups, so the number reflects how you actually build.

How is it priced?

Per estimate or as a monthly bid-support package for steady volume. We'll scope it on a free call.
